The term „Dynamic Prompting“ is primarily found in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Digital Transformation. It describes a modern method of getting machines – such as chatbots or voice assistants – to respond even better and more individually to human requests.

Instead of always receiving the same, fixed instructions, artificial intelligence receives flexibly altered commands with dynamic prompting, which are oriented towards the current situation or user behaviour. This means: the machine continuously adapts its answers or actions to what the user actually needs or wants to know.

A simple example: Imagine you are communicating with a customer support chatbot. With static prompting, the bot would give strictly pre-prepared answers – without addressing your query individually. With dynamic prompting, on the other hand, the bot recognises from your input which information is specifically important to you and tailors its answers directly to it.

Through dynamic prompting, digital assistants become smarter, more personal, and more helpful – real added value for businesses and users.
