Why reliability matters in the Neflental
The day began pale and cool in the Neflental. The dawn crept silently across the valley. Fog crawled like cotton wool over the emerald-green meadows. Pastel pink cherry blossoms and delicate, violet violets awoke on ancient, moss-covered trees. Tiny dewdrops sparkled on the spiderwebs. Everything looked as if someone had sprinkled stardust over the land. In the background, shadowy mythical creatures moved very slowly through the lilac light of the morning.
The Call into the Silver Moss Grove
Rosa Immergrün stood at the edge of the Silvermoss Grove. There, the long willow branches hung like curtains into the clear water. The ground was covered in shimmering silver moss, which sparkled in the first moonlight. Little moss nymphs flitted between gnarled roots, silent and swift. There was something important to do here today!
In the Neflental, the residents of the fern meadows, the forests, and the lakes always needed someone they could rely on. It was especially important during the bloom watch that someone reliably helped. It was precisely for this reason that Elder Rosa Immergrün had asked for a big favour the previous evening.
The moss nymphs had to find a rare star mushroom that only bloomed for a few hours. And they were afraid of taking the wrong path by mistake. Without help, they could get lost and the magical bloom would disappear again at dawn! But Rosie Evergreen promised: „I will show you the way! I will be at the Silvermoss Grove at sunrise.“
Keeping promises makes you strong
Rosa Immergrün woke up before the first ray of light. It was completely quiet outside, only now and then the soft rustling of leaves in the wind could be heard. Many might have snuggled back down into the soft moss. But Rosa Immergrün jumped up cheerfully. The promise was important! The moss nymphs were counting on someone to come.
Soon Rosa Immergrün stood by the water. The moss nymphs waited anxiously. „You're really here!“ cried the smallest one in surprise. „You promised,“ replied Rosa Immergrün, smiling. Together they crept off: past glowing flower bushes, under silver willow branches, deeper and deeper into the grove.
The silver moss sparkled on the ground. The star mushroom, the object of their search, grew on a particularly old root. The moss nymphs emitted small flute-like sounds of joy because, thanks to Rosa Periwinkle, they had found what they needed in time.
Reliability connects friends in the Neflental
Because Rosa Immergrün kept her promise, the moss nymphs immediately trusted her. So everyone knew: In the Neflental, people help each other out when they're needed. The inhabitants talked about it for a long time. They found that reliability is really cool!
In the evening, the silver moss grove glowed in the soft light. The cherry and violet blossoms smelled sweet. Pink periwinkles and the moss nymphs sat together and continued to tell their story. Everyone knew now: whoever is reliable makes the valley more beautiful and friendly.
What do we learn from this?
In the Neflental, friends trust each other. Once someone says yes, they keep their promise. You are strong when others know: They can count on you! Reliability makes friendships grow. And adventures become even more beautiful and colourful when shared.
