In Neflental, the day begins in a particularly magical way. The time of the flower watch has come. A fine mist lies over the valley at dawn. Cherry and violet blossoms glow softly in pastel pink, lilac, emerald green and pearly white. Cobwebs on the moss-covered trees glisten in the dew. In the background, shadowy mythical creatures dance quietly between the trees.

Evergreen rose on the marble path

This morning, Rosa Immergrün happily skips out of the house. She takes a small bag and sets off. She walks slowly barefoot along the marble path. The narrow path of smooth, polished white stone glistens in the morning dew. Rosa wants to discover a hidden waterfall today, which she dreamt about last night.

The marble path leads past dense bushes, beneath which there's a mysterious rustling. Lilac-coloured buds open as Rosa walks past them. She kindly greets all the mythical creatures she encounters. „Good morning, dear spark sprite!“ she says friendly to a small, glowing creature balancing on a branch. The spark sprite smiles back and waves to her.

After a while, Rosa Immergrün meets Lumo the Buchian. Lumo seems to be in a bad mood. He growls: „Make way! I'm in a hurry!“ Rosa smiles friendly and steps aside a bit. „Of course, Lumo.“ She looks him in the eyes and nods politely. Lumo stops, scratches his head and murmurs. „Thanks… That was… nice of you.“

How politeness changes the day

On the marble path, Rosa Immergrün meets many others. There is, for example, Saphira of the Flossians. Today she is wearing a shimmering pearl-white dress. Saphira looks sad. Rosa Immergrün stops and smiles: „Nice to see you, Saphira! Is everything alright?“ Saphira smiles back. „Thanks for asking! I'm already feeling much better.“

Whenever Rosa Immergrün meets someone, she greets them kindly or offers her help. Sometimes she calls out a „Good morning“ to the shadowy mythical creatures at the roadside. Once, she even carefully lifted a branch so that a small caterpillar could safely cross the marble path.

Experience the Magic of Politeness

The longer Rosa Immergrün walks along the marble path, the nicer her day becomes. More and more creatures come to her, wanting to speak with her. They tell Rosa stories or give her a flower. Even Lumo, the bookworm, returns later. „Thank you for being so kind, Rosa. Do you want to look for the waterfall with me?“ Together, they continue on their way.

Rosa Immergrün and Lumo finally reach their destination. Before them roars the hidden waterfall, enshrouded in emerald light. Water cascades over mossy rocks, forming a small rainbow. The mythical creatures dance in the spray, inviting Rosa and Lumo to celebrate with them. Everyone is happy to be together. Everyone feels comfortable because they treat each other with politeness.

What do we learn from this?

Politeness is like a magic spell in everyday life. Those who greet kindly, help, and show small gestures find it much easier to make friends. In the Nefl Valley, especially on the Marble Path during the time of the flower watch, every day becomes more beautiful when we treat each other politely. This way, everyone can laugh, celebrate, and have adventures together.
