Language Models (LLMs) are at home in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. They describe computer programs that can understand and generate natural language. Simply put, LLMs are like particularly clever chatbots that can analyse large amounts of text, recognise connections, and then generate appropriate answers or texts.

A well-known example of a language model is ChatGPT, which can write all kinds of texts, answer questions, and even write stories. Companies use such models in customer service, for example, to automatically respond to emails or chat requests. LLMs also help in analysing many customer reviews, as they can recognise opinions and provide summaries.

The significant advantage: Language models save time and resources, as many tasks can be processed automatically. They continuously learn by being „fed“ new texts.

A practical example: In an online shop, an LLM can generate product descriptions based on a few keywords, thereby simplifying the work of the marketing team. Language models are playing an increasingly important role in digitalisation, making many processes more efficient and customer-friendly.
