Intelligent Automation is primarily at home in the fields of automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. The term describes the combination of classic automation and artificial intelligence (AI). This means that computers can take over not only simple, repetitive tasks but also more complex processes that require „thinking along“.

Imagine a human resources department receiving hundreds of applications by email every day. With normal automation, emails might perhaps be sorted and filed away. Intelligent Automation goes further: a system reads the applications, recognises important information such as qualifications or professional experience using AI, and proactively suggests suitable candidates for open positions. This makes processes faster, more efficient, and more error-free.

Companies benefit because employees can focus on creative or interpersonal tasks, while the „intelligent“ systems independently handle routine and analytical tasks. Intelligent Automation is therefore a central building block for future-oriented, digital work environments and helps to increase competitiveness.
