In every company, hundreds, thousands, or even millions of new digital data are generated daily. As it turns out, much of this data often remains unused. In Industry 4.0, this is set to change across all sectors. Alongside evaluation, data storage is also a key focus, in order to better interpret long-term developments from this data.
In contrast to the fourth industrial revolution, Big Data analysis is already familiar to some companies today. However, where it is already being applied, criticism is also to be expected, as the collection of data is generally viewed critically.
