Brave and bold in the Neflental: a special morning adventure
In the gentle light of the blossom watch, a new day begins in the Neflental. Mist lies like a delicate veil over the emerald-green meadows. The old trees bear cherry and violet blossoms in delicate pastel pink and lilac. Fine spiderwebs glisten everywhere in the dew, like silver nets in the morning light. In the background, mythical creatures dart quietly through the thicket. In the midst of this enchanted atmosphere, Rosa Immergrün awakens.
The air smells sweetly of blossoms. Rosa Immergrün hears the chirping of birds nearby. Today she wants to dare something new. At the other end of the valley lies the blackberry hedge. A hill full of tightly interwoven, thorny blackberry hedges. In summer, the branches hang heavily there with dark violet fruits, loved by children as well as birds and foxes. But the path there seems a little eerie. The thorns are sharp, and sometimes the wind whispers enchanted songs.
Bold and brave at the blackberry hedge – The first step
Rosa Immergrün feels a flutter in her tummy as she decides to go to the blackberry hedge. She knows it takes courage. But she also knows: anyone can be strong and brave if they believe in themselves. Before she sets off, she takes a deep breath. She remembers her friends in the Neflental, who have given her courage so many times. And she smiles, because today she wants to show them that she is strong and brave.
The morning dew glistens on the leaves as Rosa Immergrün walks through the fresh grass. Cobwebs shimmer in the pearly white of the early light. Everywhere, the blossoms of cherry and violet trees stretch up towards the sky. When Rosa Immergrün reaches the blackberry hedge, she feels the thorns, but she doesn't let it stop her. Carefully, she searches for a narrow path between the hedges.
Stark & mutig: Little steps make a big difference
The blackberries gleam temptingly. Rosa Immergrün absolutely wants to pick some. She remembers how last year a little fox showed her that with patience and skill, one can easily get the tastiest berries. So Rosa Immergrün picks up a long stick, carefully pushes a few branches aside, and bravely squeezes through. She pricks herself a little on a blackberry vine, but she stays calm. To be strong and brave means not giving up, even when it hurts.
Suddenly Rosa Evergreen hears a rustle. A small bird flutters out of the bush and lands very close to her. „You're really strong & brave,“ chirps the bird. Then Rosa Evergreen laughs happily. That's exactly how she feels.
The reward for being strong and brave
With a handful of sweet, dark purple blackberries, Rosa Ever-happy returns contentedly. She hops with joy, realising how proud she is of herself. She now knows: being strong and brave doesn't mean not being afraid. It means trying new things, going your own way, and trusting yourself.
Rosa Immergrün will tell the others in Neflental about her little adventure today. She will recount how she mustered her courage despite the thorny hedges and reached a beautiful goal. And she knows: the more often she acts strong and brave, the more her self-confidence will grow!
In the Neflental, the petals are still covered in fine dewdrops. The mythical creatures flit past, and the cheerful laughter of Rosa Immergrün echoes between the cherry and violet trees. And somewhere by the blackberry hedge, new berries are already hanging for the next adventure.
