In the heart of the Nefl Valley, the story begins on a very special morning. The sun peeks through the branches, and a gentle breeze strokes the fern meadows. Birds are singing. Pink Periwinkle wakes up early and decides to go on an outing. The day promises adventure!

Spring has just begun. Flowers are sprouting everywhere, and the grass is as green as an emerald. But Periwinkle suddenly feels strangely weak. She's often there for others, helping with mushroom picking or comforting her friends. But today she notices: „I'm tired.“

She takes a deep breath and thinks of the big goal of the day – today she wants to focus entirely on herself. This is very important in the Neflental, because if you don't look after yourself, you can't help others either. Rosa Immergrün firmly resolves: „I'm going to be my own superhero today.“

Gluteus Terraces: A Special Place for Courage and Warmth

Your path leads you to the Emberstone Terraces. Emberstone Terraces are terraces made of reddish-brown rock that radiate warmth even in the depths of winter. Old stories say that dragons once laid their eggs here. The stones glow like liquid embers at sunset. Pink Periwinkle loves the Emberstone Terraces because she feels safe there and feels the warmth deep in her heart.

As Rosa Immergrün sits down on the stones, she realises how good the warmth feels. She closes her eyes and thinks of all the beautiful moments she has already experienced in the Neflental. She smiles and now knows: feeling good is not selfish, but as important as sunlight is for plants. The Neflental thrives on everyone looking out for each other – including themselves.

Mirror of Time: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter all at once

Suddenly, Rosa Evergreen has an idea. She sets off for the Timespiegel Clearing. This is a mysterious clearing where many floating mirrors can be seen. Each mirror shows a different season. In one it is snowing, in another flowers are blooming, in a third colourful leaves are dancing, and another shows sparkling ice.

Rosa Immergrün looks very closely at her reflection in each of the season mirrors. In spring, she laughs at the many flowers; in summer, she rests in the warm sunlight. Autumn reminds her how important it is to sometimes withdraw, and winter whispers: „Rest also gives you strength.“

This is how you'll become your own superhero in the Neflental!

Rosa Immergrün understands: she can only help others if she prioritises herself. She takes a sip of water, breathes in the fresh air deeply, and tells herself: „I look after myself well, just as I look after the Neflental.“ It's like a superpower!

With renewed energy, Rosa Everfallow leaves the Time Mirror Glade. She waves to the Evergreens and calls a friendly „Hello!“ to the water sprites of Crystal Lake. Her friends are amazed at how cheerful she seems. Only those who take care of themselves can shine with joy and help others. Rosa Everfallow knows: self-care makes you strong – in Neflental and everywhere.

What do we learn from this?

In the Neflental, everyone is only happy when they are also kind to themselves. Everyone, including you, can become a superhero for themselves. You just need to pay attention to your own needs and allow yourself breaks. This way, you will shine like the Ember Terraces at sunset and find a little happiness in all seasons.
