Respect in the Neflental: An Adventure at Lily Pond Bay

The morning begins gently in the Neflental. The sun rises over the Dragon's Tooth Mountains, bathing everything in a soft light. In spring, when the dew lies like tiny pearls on the fern meadows, the friends experience many adventures here.

A new day at the Waterlily Bay

Rosa Immergrün went with her friends to the lily pad bay. The bay lay still on the edge of the crystal lake. Large, round lily pads covered the water. White blossoms stretched carefully into the light. Beneath them, colourful fish swam back and forth. Dragonflies with shimmering wings hovered through the warm air.

Everyone was curious and wanted to get a closer look at the new water lilies. But as they got closer, they saw that someone was there: Lili, the Flossian. She had been resting on a stone for a long time, watching the fish. No one wanted to disturb her.

Rosa Immergrün slowly moved closer and greeted her kindly. „Good morning, Lili. May I sit with you?“ Lili smiled and nodded. Rosa Immergrün showed that she had respect. She knew that everyone sometimes wanted to be alone. She waited until Lili herself offered to talk about the fish.

What respect means

More friends gradually gathered at the edge of the lily pond. They were careful not to be too loud, otherwise the animals would be startled. The friends remained quiet, spoke softly and made sure not to crowd anyone. This way, everyone felt welcome and safe.

In Neflental, respect is shown not just through words, but also through actions. The friends made space whenever someone new joined. They listened, waited, and never let anyone be laughed at or left alone. Rosa Immergrün paid extra attention to this today. She knew that respect is important for everyone to feel comfortable.

A Visit to the Violet Clearing

As midday approached, someone suggested we go to the violet glade. This clearing was particularly beautiful in spring. The ground was covered with a colourful carpet of purple violets and golden yellow crocuses. In the centre stood a statue, old and covered in moss. The sun's rays made the statue's eyes glow.

At the edge of the violet glade, the friends talked about the day. Rosa Periwinkle reminded the others to walk carefully so as not to crush any flowers. She showed respect for nature and for what grows there. The friends helped each other, looking for a place where they could all sit without destroying the beautiful plants.

They looked at the colours around them together: violet, sunny yellow, fresh green and the cool grey of the moss. Each person said what they liked best. No one was laughed at, everyone listened.

Respect: Why it makes life in the Neflental more beautiful

In Neflental, it sometimes happens that someone feels treated unfairly. Sometimes someone is overlooked or not asked. But Rosa Immergrün and her friends do something about it. They listen to each other, speak kindly, and help with problems. This way, everyone feels respected.

Respect here means listening to others, not laughing at anyone, and also respecting animals and plants. This way, everyone can be brave together, have fun, and learn something new.

And if someone does argue? Then Rosa Immergrün talks to everyone calmly. She finds a solution together with the others. That's how they stay friends.

What do we learn from this?

In the Neflental, everyone shows respect – for people, animals, and plants. You.
