Pink Periwinkle bounces energetically across the damp meadows. Today, Pink wants to master a personal challenge and thus become a true champion of success.

The Plan for a Champion

From an early age, Rosa had heard the stories from the Neflental. Everyone talks about how important it is to be proud of one's own achievements. And everyone says that anyone can become a champion of success if they believe in themselves. That's why Rosa made a plan: she wants to make it to the crystal gate alone – a naturally formed archway of shimmering quartz. This gate looks like an entrance to another world. Many from the Neflental speak of the crystal gate with sparkling eyes. But not everyone dares to go there. The path is long and sometimes a little bit spooky.

The Journey through the Neflental

Rosa leaves her cosy home in the early morning. The treetops shade the little path, and dew glistens on the fern meadows. The sun conjures golden specks onto the forest floor. On her way, Rosa meets friendly woodland folk. They whisper: „You can do it, Rosa!“. That gives her courage. Rosa feels her heart pounding, but she keeps going. She thinks: „I want to be proud of my achievement, no matter how hard it gets.“

Pride and doubt on the road

As Rosa climbs the first slope, she feels strong. But after a while, the path becomes steep and mist rolls in from the mountains. Rosa shivers a little, but she doesn't give up. She takes a deep breath and says to herself: „Pride in achievement means continuing even when things get tough.“ The colours all around are beautiful. Emerald-green ferns, golden light and vermilion mushrooms at the edge of the path cheer her up again. A gentle wind makes the blue-grey of the mountains appear even more majestic. Rosa knows: she is already a little bit of a success champion because she has come this far.

The Magic Crystal Gate

Suddenly, the crystal gate lies before her! The quartzes at the gate sparkle as if a thousand suns dance within them. Rosa is amazed. She carefully touches one of the stones. At that moment, she feels pride in her achievement shine in her heart. She knows now, she has accomplished it by her own strength. She has become a champion of success through courage and perseverance. A light suddenly appears between the quartzes. It leads Rosa to a special clearing, the Mirror of Time clearing. There, mirrors float in the air.

Mirror of Time, Light – All Seasons at Once

Rosa stands on the time-mirror clearing and gazes into the mirrors. In each mirror, she sees a different season. She recognises herself on her first attempt in spring, in her bold step in summer, in her perseverance in autumn, and in her jubilation in winter. All the colours – emerald, gold, vermilion and slate grey – dance together.

Rosa is laughing. She finally knows what pride in achievement means. It's not just about winning, but above all about giving your all and growing. Because she set off on her own and didn't give up, she's now a true champion of success in the Neflental.
