Immigration has been a major issue under the Trump administration. It has been particularly in focus in recent days as the entire political spectrum has expressed outrage over the separation of children from their parents and the conditions under which they are being held after illegally crossing the Mexican border. While public opinion on this issue Pretty obviously war, a new Survey Gallup has shed new light on what people in the USA think about some other important immigration policy measures or proposals.

Of the four proposals selected for the survey, the most support was for the so-called „Dreamers“ – immigrants who as children Illegal brought into the USA, but are given the chance to become US citizens if they meet certain requirements over a specific period.
