This ensures you don't spend too much time on Web 2.0 in your leadership communication, and also that by underutilising social media for leadership, you don't forgo the use of important resources and thus miss out on high-reach new customer acquisition.

Only by taking your tasks as leaders and communication with your target audience seriously, and by viewing your entire presentation as a Leader 2.0 on social media, can you convince your competitors and present your target audience with the sought-after and desired added value.
