The WORLD CONGRESS is focusing on Business Development in PROFESSIONAL TEXTILE CARE SERVICES by textile cleaners and laundries around the world. The CONGRESS is bringing PTC professionals together and raising international awareness. Getting to know colleagues from other countries, discussing trends, issues and, moreover, solutions for improved customer services and opportunities, taking away market share from domestic cleaning.

Within this framework, CINET is presenting 6 Round Table Discussions on KEY topics. Participants will take away (new) ideas for implementation in their own businesses. These workshops will be streamed to a worldwide audience of an estimated 25,000 PTC professionals. The moderators will ensure active input from both professionals present and those online.

Since COVID, the speed of development of IT solutions for professional cleaning processes seems to have accelerated. Robotisation, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), as well as other new innovative processing technologies have been successfully introduced. Even a more accelerated pace of innovation is expected for the future.
