After a few weeks, he reported that he felt more relaxed and was able to sleep better. Digitally detoxing helped him to have more energy for his tasks again and to focus on the essentials.<\/p>\n<p><i> <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Digital detox on holiday<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Holidays are an ideal opportunity for a digital detox. Many managers use this time to completely do without digital devices. They leave their smartphone in their hotel room and enjoy nature or spend time with friends and family. Digital detoxing on holiday can help to clear your head and recharge your batteries. On her return, she reported feeling refreshed and inspired. Digitally detoxing helped her to develop new ideas and focus on her goals.<\/p>\n<p><i> <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Digital detoxing as a regular practice<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Digital detox doesn't just have to be a one-off measure.
