Those who regularly use mindfulness training often report greater composure, clarity, and empathy in their daily work.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Why mindfulness training for leaders?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Mindfulness training supports leaders in perceiving themselves and others more effectively. It helps to recognise automated reactions and make more conscious decisions. Many leaders experience improved concentration and higher emotional intelligence through mindfulness training. They learn to view situations from a new perspective and to react flexibly to challenges. Mindfulness training is not a substitute for classic leadership methods, but rather complements them meaningfully.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Mindfulness Training in Everyday Life: Practical Examples<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">An example from practice: A manager starts the day with a short breathing exercise.
