This innovative technology is used here to evaluate images much more accurately than is possible with the human eye.<\/p>\n<p>In hyperspectral image analysis, images are captured not just in the basic colours of red, green, and blue, but in many hundreds of very fine colour ranges. The result: each pixel in the image contains detailed information about different wavelengths of light. This allows differences and features to be recognised that remain invisible to the naked eye.<\/p>\n<p>A practical example: In agriculture, hyperspectral imaging analysis can be used to check the condition of plants. Even before the naked eye can see it, the technology can detect if plants are receiving too little water or are diseased. This allows for quicker and more targeted action.
