They help companies and organisations prepare for the changes in the world of work. These changes arise, for example, from new technologies, more flexible working models, or the use of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>When analysing the future of work, data, trends, and expert opinions are used to predict how and where we will work in the future. Companies use such analyses to react promptly to new requirements, targetedly train employees, or introduce suitable technologies.<\/p>\n<p>A simple example: a medium-sized company has an investigation carried out to see if teamwork improves or deteriorates through home-office and digital tools. The results show where challenges lie and how the company can optimise working conditions. <\/p>\n<p>Such analyses therefore help leaders to make the right decisions for the well-being of employees and the sustainable success of the company.
