The term \u201eMultilingual Knowledge Graphs\u201c is primarily at home in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Big Data and Smart Data.<\/p>\n

A multilingual knowledge graph is a special data structure that collects and connects knowledge in different languages. This allows computers to understand, analyse, and meaningfully link information from various sources and languages. Such knowledge graphs are used whenever data originates from many countries, websites, or documents, and not all of it is available in German, English, or a single language.<\/p>\n

A clear example: A large company operates a global online shop. Product information is available in German, English, and Spanish. With a multilingual knowledge graph, artificial intelligence can recognise products, match descriptions, and answer customer questions correctly in any language. This way, users find relevant information faster \u2013 no matter which language they search in.<\/p>\n
