The sun shimmered golden in the sky, and the light danced in amber and gold tones on the many clear lakes. Rivers sparkled like glittering ribbons. People sat everywhere on the shores, colourful lanterns glowed, and quiet songs echoed over the water. It was summer. In this special time, life was full of wonders.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nOne morning, Rosa Evergreen woke up feeling excited about the day ahead. She was planning to go to Crystal Lake with her friends and celebrate the Gleamday Festival. But she noticed her mind was full of many thoughts. It felt as if her heart was heavy and her legs were tired. She wondered why she was feeling so strange, even though everything around her was beautiful.\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Rosa Immergr\u00fcn discovers the Silver Moss Grove<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nAfter breakfast, Rosa Immergr\u00fcn decided to go for a walk by herself. Her path led her past luminous ferns, across emerald-green meadows, and alongside a small, sparkling brook. Soon she reached the Silver Moss Grove. There stood old willows, their branches like green curtains gently dipping into the water. The ground was soft and silvery, the moss glistened like stardust in the sunlight. Little moss nymphs flitted quietly around, looking up at her curiously.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nThe world seemed quieter in this place. The buzzing of the bees and the singing of the birds sounded clearer, everything was peaceful. Rosa Periwinkle took a deep breath and sat down on the soft silver moss. She closed her eyes.\n<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Mindfulness \u2013 The Superpower from the Nefl Valley<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nA moss nymph approached slowly. \u201eYou are sad and full of thoughts, aren't you?\u201c she asked. Rosa Periwinkle nodded. \u201eSometimes it's too loud in my head,\u201c she replied quietly. The nymph smiled warmly. \u201eWould you like to learn how to become calmer? Mindfulness is our superpower. We moss nymphs use it every day.\u201c\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nThe nymph showed her how to feel her breath. Together, they listened to the splashing of the water. Rosa Immergr\u00fcn felt the soft moss beneath her hands, enjoyed the golden light on her skin, and heard the rustling of the branches. More and more, she noticed how her heart was becoming lighter. Her thoughts slowly grew quieter.\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Moments of happiness by the lake \u2013 How mindfulness changes everything<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nAfter a while, Rosa Immergr\u00fcn stood up. She thanked the moss nymphs and continued on to the crystal lake. The sun was reflected in the water. Lanterns everywhere drew colourful lines through the air. Her friends waved to her. Now she could truly enjoy the festival, as she was completely in the here and now.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nShe noticed the colours around her: the sapphire blue of the water, the coral red of the lanterns, and the emerald green of the meadows. The gold of the sun glittered on her hair. Everything seemed more beautiful and brighter than before. Rosa Immergr\u00fcn laughed loudly, because she finally felt the small wonders again.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nIn the evening, she sat by the campfire with her friends. She told them what she had experienced in the Silbermoos Grove. And together they tried to be still for a moment, to simply feel and hear how wonderful life is in the Neflental.\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">What do we learn from this?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nSometimes we go through the day and don't notice how many beautiful things surround us. When we are mindful, we gain a superpower: we feel joy, peace, and strength in every moment. Rosa Immergr\u00fcn learned in the Neflental that mindfulness changes things in life.
