If it is programmed in such a way that it mainly selects men, even though women are just as qualified, there is a problem with fairness. AI fairness here means designing the algorithms in such a way that all applicants are considered objectively.<\/p>\n<p>AI fairness is important to build trust in technology and ensure that no one is discriminated against by digital tools. Companies benefit from this by becoming more diverse and fairer.
