Especially in the mornings, when mist still hangs between the ferns and the birds sing softly, the magic is palpable. Rosa Immergr\u00fcn awakens on a cool autumn morning. The cold tingles on her skin and the scent of damp earth drifts in the air. Soon her path leads her to the Ahornfeuer clearing.\n<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Rosa's Special Morning in the Neflental<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nToday, Rosa Immergr\u00fcn wants to be a hero to herself. Yesterday was exhausting because she helped the Immergr\u00fcns gather supplies for the long winter. In doing so, she realised that she's often only there for others. She comforted friends and helped with wood collecting until she was so tired her legs were trembling. She wonders, \u201eWho actually looks after me?\u201c\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nSo she decides: today will be her day! She strolls to the maple fire clearing. There, the maple trees burn like red and orange flames this morning. The leaves fall quietly to the ground. The light looks golden. Amidst this autumn magic, she sits down on a soft mossy hill and takes a deep breath.\n<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">The Journey to the Mirror Lake of Time<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nAs Rosa Immergr\u00fcn closes her eyes, she ponders. What does she need to feel comfortable today? She decides to continue to the Time Mirror Glade. On the way, dewdrops glisten on the emerald green ferns. A few sunbeams bathe the mist in golden colours. Birds with scarlet plumage accompany her. On the horizon, the Dragon's Tooth Mountains appear bluish-grey and mysterious.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nFinally, she arrives at her favourite place. The Time Mirror Glade is a special spot. Here, small mirrors float in the air. Mirrors in which the different seasons can all be seen at once, like little pictures. In one mirror, spring flowers bloom, in the next, snow sparkles, beside it, autumn leaves dance, and in the last, the sun shines on a summer meadow.\n<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Rosa Immergr\u00fcn discovers the power of self-care<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nIn this place, Rosa Immergr\u00fcn understands something very important. She realises that she sometimes needs to look after herself. Only by listening to her own desires can she be strong for others. She looks into the winter mirror and thinks: \u201eSometimes I need to rest, even though I really want to help.\u201c In the spring mirror, she sees flowers growing. She smiles and says to herself: \u201eJust as flowers need care, I need love and attention.\u201c\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nWith golden sunbeams on her cheeks, she makes herself comfortable. She eats a few berries she picked in the morning. Birds dance around her. Pink Periwinkle makes a firm resolution: From now on she wants to be her own heroine more often! She feels her energy returning.\n<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Become your own superhero!<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nIn the evening, Rosa Immergr\u00fcn leaves the Time Mirror Glade. The colours of the day have strengthened her: emerald, gold, vermilion, and slate grey glow once more. She thinks: \u201eIf I take care of myself, I can also perform great heroic deeds for others.\u201c Buoyed by enthusiasm, she sets off for home, ready for new adventures. In her heart, she carries the knowledge that self-care is not a sign of weakness but a true superpower.\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">What do we learn from this?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">\nThose who are good to themselves become strong for others. Everyone in Neflental has special powers because they look after themselves and take their own wishes and needs seriously.
