The trees bear golden leaves, everything glows a fiery red and chocolate brown. A light scent of smoke hangs over the meadows, as wood fires burn everywhere. On the large harvest bonfire clearing, everyone is preparing for the festival. A good atmosphere prevails between humans and forest dwellers, but then a dispute suddenly arises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Rosa Immergr\u00fcn arrives at the clearing, already hearing the loud voices from afar. The Flossians want to show their dances by the fire. However, the Buchians want to sing a song by the fire first. Both groups are talking over each other. No one is properly listening to the other. The first group starts shoving, and it looks like everything is about to go wrong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Rosa Immergr\u00fcn paused for a moment, then called out: \u201eStop! Stay where you are, take a break!\u201c Everyone looked at her in surprise. Rosa Immergr\u00fcn walked friendly towards the two groups. She asked the Flossians to explain their wishes. Then she asked the Buchians what was important to them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">When everyone speaks quietly, everyone notices that both groups just want to show what they can do. They want everyone to enjoy the harvest festival clearing. The argument only arose because no one had listened. Rosa Immergr\u00fcn speaks slowly and calmly. \u201eHow about you both do something together by the fire?\u201c she suggests. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">The idea excites many. The Buchians strike up their song. The Flossians dance to it. Together, they create something new that brings much more joy than arguing.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">The Magic of the Ice Rose Garden<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">After the festival, Rosa Immergr\u00fcn and some friends leave the harvest bonfire clearing. They walk through the valley. To the north, tiny flakes are already glittering on the meadows. They reach the Ice Rose Garden. There, roses grow whose blossoms sparkle under a thin layer of crystal-clear ice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Everyone marvels at the beauty. Rosa the Periwinkle explains: \u201eThe roses only grow when there is peace. The ice protects them, but they continue to bloom underneath.\u201c Then everyone understands: Just as an argument can sometimes freeze and turn cold, friendship can melt the ice again. Those who listen often find a good solution. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">This is how you stop every argument in the Neflental<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">Sometimes everyone is a bit like at the Harvest Festival bonfire. Everyone believes they are right, and no one listens. But Rosa Immergr\u00fcn has shown how easy it is to stop an argument:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family:verdana;text-align:left;\">You can say \u201eStop!\u201c if it gets too loud. You can ensure that everyone gets a chance to state their wishes. Together, you are sure to find a solution that pleases everyone.
