It is therefore all the more important not only to be able to talk about current AI knowledge but also to be able to contribute to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, we would like on&nbsp;<strong>Friday, 14 February 2025, from 9:00 AM<\/strong>&nbsp;to invite you to our next training session with Sanjay Sauldie. This time on the topic of&nbsp;<strong>Human Resources 4.0 \u2013 AI in Human Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus is on the automation of recruitment processes through AI, as well as the use of AI to analyse employee data and improve employee retention. Further details can be found under \u201eContent\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the one hand, a digital enthusiast, on the other, equipped with the world's unique combination of Indian digital competence, German thoroughness, garnished with Swiss precision and Austrian charm. As a qualified mathematician and computer scientist with a Master's degree in Digital Disruption and Transformation, he manages to&nbsp;<strong>Sanjay Sauldie<\/strong>&nbsp;to make the complex world of AI understandable in simple terms. As Director of the European Digital Business Institute &amp; Academy (EDBIA), he is also one of the&nbsp;<strong>most sought-after European experts<\/strong>&nbsp;concerning the topics of digitalisation in business and society.
