A whopping 75 percent of all teams are inefficient and not working successfully. However, as the business world has changed significantly compared to then, and business communication has increasingly shifted to the \u201evirtual\u201c office, the most important tools of which have become video conferences, Skype usage, and chats, it is all the more important for today's leaders to be successfully trained in so-called Management 2.0.<\/p>\n<p>It is part of the essential remit of social media and management leaders to lead by example and as motivators, remaining calm even under deadline pressure and adverse technical circumstances.
