Da sich jedoch die Businesswelt im Vergleich zur damaligen Zeit stark ver\u00e4ndert hat und die Businesskommunikation mehr und mehr ins &#8222;virtuelle&#8220; B\u00fcro, dessen wichtigste Instrumente Videokonferenzen, Skype-Nutzung und Chats geworden sind, verlagert hat, ist es umso wichtiger f\u00fcr die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte von heute im sogenannten Management 2.0 erfolgreich geschult zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Es geh\u00f6rt zum wesentlichen Aufgabengebiet der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte im Social Media &amp; Management als Vorbild und Motivator voranzugehen, welcher selbst unter Termindruck und widrigen technischen Umst\u00e4nden einen k\u00fchlen Kopf bewahrt.
