They must be leaders and managers in one person; social media and management also fall into this category.<\/p>\n<p>To modernise a company, management for executives in this area is therefore also part of it. This is not problematic, because this talent, to be an executive and a manager at the same time, can be taught. Management 2.0 \u2013 this means uniting social media and management and thus being a trustworthy supervisor to the team.<\/p>\n<p>When supervisors act as both leaders and managers, they can strike the right balance between being a mediator and an advocate for the company, thus not being perceived merely as the \u201edisliked\u201c boss. This noticeably boosts team morale and associated job satisfaction!
