Dadurch entstehen v\u00f6llig neue Kundengruppen und Wettbewerber spielen keine direkte Rolle mehr. Das Ziel ist es, sich durch kreative Ideen vom Markt abzuheben und einen eigenen \u201eblauen Ozean\u201c voller Chancen zu erschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein anschauliches Beispiel: Als Apple das iPhone auf den Markt brachte, gab es zwar schon Handys, aber keine, die Musikplayer, Internet und Telefon in einem kombinierten.
