Das Ziel ist, dass sich Nutzer oder Kunden angesprochen f\u00fchlen und sich die Inhalte besser merken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein einfaches Beispiel: Statt zu sagen, \u201eUnser Produkt spart Zeit\u201c, k\u00f6nnte ein Unternehmen die Geschichte eines Kunden erz\u00e4hlen, der dank dieses Produkts mehr Zeit f\u00fcr seine Familie hat.
