Podcasts sind vor allem bei j\u00fcngeren Zuh\u00f6rern und Digital Natives beliebt und eignen sich besonders gut f\u00fcr lange Audioinhalte wie Interviews und Vortr\u00e4ge, die tiefer in bestimmte Themen oder spezielle Interessen eindringen, als dies bei Radioformaten, die sich an die breite \u00d6ffentlichkeit richten, normalerweise m\u00f6glich ist. Laut dem j\u00fcngsten <a href=\"http:\/\/www.digitalnewsreport.org\/survey\/2018\/podcasts-and-new-audio-strategies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Digital News Report<\/a> des Reuters Institute hat mehr als ein Drittel der Befragten aus 22 L\u00e4ndern im Monat vor der Umfrage einen Podcast geh\u00f6rt, wobei die Verbreitung in den verschiedenen M\u00e4rkten sehr unterschiedlich ist.
